Our tomato sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the volcanic soil at the base of Mount Vesuvius in Italy. These tomatoes are known for their sweet flavor and low acidity, creating the perfect base for our pizzas. We combine them with fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt - that's it. No preservatives, no additives, just pure flavor.

The cheese we use is genuine mozzarella, made from the milk of Canadian dairy farms. For our specialty pizzas, we import authentic buffalo mozzarella from Italy, offering you a taste of true Neapolitan pizza. Our toppings are carefully selected from local suppliers whenever possible, ensuring freshness and supporting local businesses.
