In the exceptional case that AI Courses Mexico cancels a course before its start date or during its development, enrolled students will automatically receive a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period (except in cases of persistent technical issues or course cancellation by AI Courses Mexico).
• If you have completed more than 25% of the total course content.
• If you have downloaded a significant amount of course materials (videos, PDFs, source code, etc.).
• If you have obtained the course completion certificate.
• If you have violated our Terms and Conditions, including misuse of the platform or course content.
• If the reason for the refund is related to factors outside our control, such as issues with the student's internet connection, incompatibility with specific devices not listed in our technical requirements, or lack of time to complete the course.

5. Procedure for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must follow these steps:

2. Go to the 'My Courses' section and select the course for which you want to request a refund.

The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as the time elapsed since purchase, the amount of content accessed, and the nature of the dissatisfaction.

8.1. Corporate or Group Purchases

Corporate or group purchases (more than 5 licenses acquired simultaneously) are subject to specific refund terms established in the purchase contract. In the absence of specific terms, this general refund policy will apply.
