Product Description

The Margherita Pizza is the quintessential Neapolitan pizza, representing the colors of the Italian flag: red (tomato), white (mozzarella), and green (basil). Our version stays true to the traditional recipe with a few premium touches.

Ingredients

  • San Marzano tomato sauce
  • Fresh buffalo mozzarella
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Our signature pizza dough (flour, water, salt, yeast)

Preparation

Our Margherita Pizza is made to order and baked in our wood-fired oven at 850°F for approximately 90 seconds. This high-temperature, quick-cooking method creates the signature leopard-spotted crust that is crispy on the outside yet soft and airy on the inside.

This Margherita pizza is incredible! The crust has the perfect chew, and the balance of sauce, cheese, and basil is spot on. It tastes exactly like the pizza I had in Naples. Will definitely order again!

I'm a pizza purist, and Salvatore's Margherita is the real deal. The buffalo mozzarella makes all the difference - creamy and delicious. Delivery was quick and the pizza was still hot!

Simply the best Margherita pizza in town. I love that you can taste the quality of the ingredients - especially the tomato sauce. It's become our Friday night tradition!
